We asked head chef Filippo La Gattuta to share the restaurants’ classic Margherita recipe – an easy-to-make, Napoli-inspired supper that could and should be made any day of the year. Prior to mixing in the yeast, take it and rub it between your hands with a bit of flour. Split the remaining quantity of flour in half, and add one half to the mixture. The pizza dough can be stored in the fridge for three to four days.
